How I Use Smartsheet	We use Smartsheet to support various functions in a law firm. We started using it as the PMIS for our PMO but have expanded into supporting lawyers and their clients. The collaborators are free model is the feature that attracted me to Smartsheet, but after several years, I have no reason to leave. We use Data Shuttle to move data in and out of our various systems, and along with Power Automate and Power BI, we find that it can do most of what we need.

I used Snagit. Its GIF feature is pretty basic, you can cut out content and that's about it. Camtasia, by the same company, is a better screen recorder with a ton of video feaures.
